The Parramatta Eels are looking to snare Cooper Cronk from the Roosters grasp as the race to sign the Test halfback heats up.
After Cooper Cronk's manager confirmed he will play on in 2018, for a Sydney club, the Roosters were odds on favourites to sign Cronk.
Although, Eels coach Brad Arthur told dailytelegraph.com.au, his club could be in the market for Cronk.
"We have plenty of space, but that's all i'm willing to confirm at the moment," Arthur said.
Arthur has worked with Cronk before when he was assistant coach at the Storm.
