Nick Williams, the man who owns this year's Caulfield Cup favourite, has revealed he's taking some inspiration from one of our own: Eddie McGuire.
McGuire lost weight on a detox diet earlier in the year and Williams, who co-owns Caulfield Cup favourite Johannes Vermeer as well as Sir Isaac Newton, told Triple M's Rocking Horses on Saturday morning Eddie had sold him.
"Eddie talked me into it," he said.
"We caught up in London earlier in the year and he sold me the virtues of it and basically grabbed me by the ear and made me do it! It's been fantastic.
"You don't eat anything! That's the key to it. Everyone tells you you need to exercise to lose weight - I can tell you if you don't eat you lose it pretty quickly."
Williams said the benefits have been amazing for him.
"I spend all my time now with the kids, throwing them around," he said.
"I feel like an Olympic athlete."
The boys then asked Billy Brownless if he was sold on doing it himself.
"Not at all!" he laughed.
