Up-and-coming Gold Coast midfielder Touk Miller says that despite Dayne Zorko’s post-match behaviour after the most recent QClash’s, the pair still share mutual respect for each other.
Speaking on The Rush Hour with JB & Bill, Miller also said that these types of incidents are helping to build the rivalry between the two battling clubs.
“It was heat of the moment for him. I’m not going to say it was the best thing, what he did,” Miller said.
“But in saying that, I still respect him as a player… It was probably an outburst of emotions.”
“We (Gold Coast Suns and Brisbane Lions) don’t like each other, you could probably say that. It works, it makes for good games.”
