In some rare good contract news for the Crows, veteran Richard Douglas has re-signed with Adelaide.
Douglas will stick with the Crows until the end of 2019 after singing a one-year extension.
“I’ve always said being a one-club player is something that would be pretty special to me,” Douglas told the club’s website.
“We’ve got a highly determined playing and coaching group who are driven towards achieving the ultimate success.
“I still feel I’ve got some good footy ahead of me and to be able to continue playing at the club I’ve called home for more than a decade is great.”
Douglas has played 231 games for the Crows since being drafted to the club with pick 16 in 2005.
He is averaging around 19 touches and just over a goal a game in 2018.
