The search has resumed for a man feared missing off rocks in Little Bay, Sydney's south.
The 52 year old is believed to have been taking photos of the sun-rise yesterday morning when he was swept into the ocean.
His wife reported him missing when he failed to return home with some belongings reportedly found.
The search comes after Surf Life Saving New South Wales issued a media release about the hazardous conditions over the weekend.
The powerful conditions along much of the NSW coastline over the weekend resulted in "an increase in incidents which were dealt with by volunteers"
The Bureau of Meteorology and Surf Life Saving NSW say they "have been alerting the public to the hazardous conditions and issuing safety advice and updates, particularly to rockfishers"
The search for the missing man continues, more as it comes to hand.
