Sydney’s Bell Shakespeare company is bringing their exciting new production of Julius Caesar to Griffith Regional Theatre this month!
The show, starring Kenneth Ransom as Julius Caesar, follows Caesar’s triumphant return to Rome after war with the sons of Pompey.
Director James Evans said the story “explores was happens when fear infects a society” and that audiences will see a reflection of contemporary issues in the story.
Julius Caesar is Shakespeare’s political thriller. It’s a masterpiece of intrigue and treachery… It’s also just a cracking great story, full of action and some of the most incredible language Shakespeare ever wrote. It will be a really exciting night in the theatre.

Workshops will be held with local schools on Tuesday 11th September, with the opportunity for students to be part of the John Bell Scholarship.
It’s showing one night only on Saturday 29th September, and members are invited to bring a friend for free, so get in quick if you want tickets!
