Melbourne's got some more rain on the way tonight.
A band of rain is moving towards Melbourne that looks set to pass over the city in the next few hours.
The band is part of a cold front that is set to see temperatures drop.
The Bureau of Meteorology had previously forecast a high chance of showers late today, with possible hail and thunder this evening.
A severe weather warning is in place for small sections of the state, including southern areas such as Frankston and Wonthaggi and the Alpine areas.
The forecast will see a small chance of showers tomorrow, clearing by the early afternoon.
It's not meant to rain again after that until late on Friday.
