Police have seized more than 30 cannabis plants from a house in Toormina.
According to Police the plants have a potential street value of $31,000.
The discovery came, after officers attended a home in Hobbs Crescent around 4:40pm on Saturday.
Police will allege that 31 cannabis plants were growing in the rear yard of the property.
Later that night, police spoke with the 37 year old occupant of the premises at a shopping centre in Toormina.
The man assisted police with their inquiries.
Investigations into the matter are continuing.
